People need to reconcile the name of Jesus and make their decision as to who He is: either the Son of God and resurrected Savior, or, a lunatic who only claimed to be these things. Those are your choices.
I’ll even help you out here: He was the former. You should talk to Him and read His Word. The book of “John” in the Bible is a great place to start.
This decision - to either accept or reject Jesus - is BY FAR the most important decision you will ever make. The Bible says we will all experience eternity - either with God or apart from Him. It is our choice to make. I encourage you: Choose Jesus, please.
We live as in the times of Noah. The world is upside down. Evil has almost no bounds anymore. You know it as well as I do. Jesus is the Way. Yoke to Him and see what happens. Life won’t be perfect…there will still be plenty of hard days….but on the whole, it will be better understood and will be so much more real, deep and fulfilling. Meaningful. Like any relationship, we have to work at it in order to see it grow. But if we draw near to Him, He will draw near to us. That has been my experience at least. And I believe it will be yours as well. His arms are open to EVERYONE. Nothing in your past is too much for Him. His substitutionary death on the cross covered ALL sin. And his resurrection defeated death. The second death will not affect His followers.
Maranatha indeed!
It is not bearish. Obviously. Spot price is manipulated (most obviously during low liquidity/thin trading hours). And this pattern (along with algorithmic trading tied to Trump rhetoric) has suppressed price discovery. As designed. Obviously.
A reckoning is coming.
Fundamentals matter.
People think interest rates cannot rise because, obviously, the US Government cannot afford it.
What if they do not have a choice?
What if….oil spikes and with it hundreds of associated input costs? What if inflation rises “unexpectedly”? What if, then, interest rates begin rising in a way that most consider impossible?
The incentive to do the right thing stems from a desire to be obedient to the directives given by God for our well being. Also: there will be a judgement that each of us must face.
Going with the crowd and ignoring the morally better road will lead to shallow validation and, ultimately, regret.
China is motivated to favor low oil prices.
They have leverage in most international relationships.
It is unlikely they can permanently offset such significant sums (2-3M b/d) of oil.
Therefore, most likely, they are “in on the game” with Trump and allied for lower prices.
However, from current levels, spot crude is asymmetrically positioned for significant upside.
I enjoy your posts and feel it likely you understand the Truth.
All men enlightened realize the battle is far more simple, and sinister, than typically narrated. What is proposed are symptoms and outcroppings of this truth: the battle is Spiritual. Satan is the father of lies. he lacks creativity since he himself was created. Only the truly Devine can create. Satan seeks to destroy and the primary medium through which this destruction manifests is untruths and half truths. he is antigod (an antichrist) and his deceptions has created a bulk of society who ignore God, or worse.
We live as in the times of Noah.
Isaiah 5:20.
But - we can all take hope in this: Jesus defeated death on the cross and will defeat Satan and usher in His new Kingdom.
Look to the Light. Any who look to Him will be saved. He is Truth. Absolutely.
@JoshYoung Sure - absolutely anything is possible.
Sadly, for me, the biggest tell would be some bullish leveraged oil trades/predictions. They seem to be batting .1000 throughout this economic war.
My guess is they depleted their SPR to get through this disruption. I do not see any other possibility which could reasonably explain the magnitude of deferred imports.
Why would anyone believe their posted numbers? I mean, every angle they present supports a bearish argument which allows them to acquire crude at lower prices.
You show me the incentive and I’ll show you the outcome.
They will be active buyers soon. They will vacuum up all available Iranian crude. They will replenish/grow their SPR….along with most other OECD countries.
@UndervaluedOnG@EnergyCynic I think such a comment is worth a considerable amount. Thank you.
Anyone investing in the space can feel the material dislocation.
Steady lads!
Herod Agrippa was killed instantly for not correcting the masses worshipping him as a God.
King Ahaziah was severely injured, falling through the lattice, as he surveyed his kingdom with pride.
And of course, Nebuchadnezzar was driven to the wilderness for seven years due his idolatrous pride.
Such blatant hubris and self recognition is a very dangerous path to trod.
@jackprandelli@jleqc Japan has gutted their SPR in an attempt to contain crude prices. They will be near certain to refill their SPR, and likely expand it over the coming years, in short order. Big tailwind to baseline (inelastic) global demand growth.
Energy is a buy. Right here right now.
