Social security could have been solved easily a long time ago:

A TSP-style investment account along with having accounts that were actually funded with our own money.

@mikepat711 Did the O’Hare airport to Madison, WI round trip, model X. Lots of #2 - there’s signs for trucks at lower speed limits and minimum speeds below the actual speed limit signs. This confuses the car and I am speeding up a lot manually. It also does not halt for right turn no stop.

Normally for business services you get a tier of service that is better than personal. Not so w @Verizon. Literally makes everything 10 times harder. The worst job anyone can have is to have to manage your Verizon business account. To activate a device, clear out your afternoon.

in every package I have purchased in the last year the ends don’t peel off clean. The bacon will tear. While this may not be unexpected in a less expensive product, for a $13 purchase I expect a lot higher quality. I figured this was just a one off scenario but it’s now the norm

I’ve been a fan of @Nueskes bacon forever. I have religiously cooked it on the weekend and my kids ask for it by name. Unfortunately since the “shrinkflation” era, something has gone wrong.

It’s still (supposedly) a 1 pound package, but they must be cutting their bacon thinner. I remember their standard bacon being thicker, now it’s the same thickness as the less expensive brands. The biggest problem is when you peel the bacon off,
