2 YEARS trying to redeem earned pts from @BarclaysBankUS card. $1500 worth of airline gift cards. Never received cards, they will only mail them physically, they don’t offer e-cards. Phone inquiries result in hours of waiting to be told they won’t help us. Is this how they roll?
