I follow @Uber_Support advice and contact @McDonalds about the issue, and they punt me right back to @UberEats . I've decided @Wendys and @lyft should get more business as a result. Fuck em.
So @mcdonalds near me fails to deliver thru their app almost 50% of the time. @UberEats who fulfills the orders punts me to McD when I complain about the issue (beyond getting refunded and having my funds held for 7-10 business days without interest). (1 of 2)
Also, @Grubhub ya done fucked up National Donut Day @dunkindonuts for my pal. If you can't just redeliver, some other form of compensation would be nice.
@Grubhub should consider a "redelivery vs refund" option. When ordering for 2, and one of you gets to eat and the other doesn't, and all you get is a refund for the not delivered items (the other person's meal), it's pretty fucked up.

@McDonalds your app sucks. Local mcd cancels like 50% of orders, and then I’m left waiting 7-10 business days for the refund. That’s basically a loan to you without interest. Never using the app again. Time to order @Wendys

…then @amazon can tell you first rep had it wrong & when you explain this ruined an event & cost you $$$, they can offer you a $50 credit as compensation, but not actually give it to you, & later cust svc can bounce you from rep to rep until a supervisor tells you to pound salt
So @amazon can charge for delivery but miss the delivery time, promise 3 hour delivery from local warehouse for a fee but not offer this option to address said missed delivery, can promise item will be delivered anyway despite app saying no… (1/2)

@McDonalds@Uber your Eastchester Road Bronx location needs to get their shit together. 2 orders in a row cancelled, and Uber customer service completely unable to understand the frustration. Will be ordering from somewhere else using a different delivery app. Insane.
