@DiabetesUK Diagnosed with Type 2 in June. Making life style changes - diet, exercise and well being. Had my test two weeks ago, results received yesterday confirmed eyes have no signs of diabetic eye disease. Thank you for all the support I am having from my GP and NHS

Out on my walks on North Downs this afternoon overwhelmed by beautiful countryside. On my descent greeted by a memorial to a cyclist who regularly rode these Kent Alps. But ruined by classic fly tipping ( rubbish litter the verges is unbelievable too!)
