JUST IN: Trump & Iraq Strike Pipeline Deal to Bypass Strait of Hormuz

The Trump administration and Iraq have struck a deal to build a pipeline to circumvent the Strait of Hormuz.

The U.S. companies Chevron and KBR inked the Memorandum of Understanding with Iraq following Trump’s meeting with Iraqi Prime Minister Ali al-Zaidi on Tuesday.

"Chevron will sign a Memorandum of Understanding today with Iraq to enter into 2 Iraqi oil fields, and doing study to move oil from Iraq north around the Strait, possibly through the Mediterranean Sea. This is all meant to add that global oil supply avoiding the issues."

Meanwhile, the U.S. military has carried out relentless strikes on Iran, crippling its critical infrastructure, including bridges near the main port city of Bandar Abbas and a key watchtower at Shiraz that oversees the Strait of Hormuz.
