@sainsburys @j_stampton We had the same. They also cancelled our delivery without even bothering to let us know. They no longer care and I will no longer use them

@sainsburys just lost our custom after years. 2 days in a row they failed to turn up. No contact from them. Our redelivery was cancelled due to no drivers available! Didn’t even bother to tell us after we waited all day for it. Can only speak to bots and overseas call centre.

Bought an EXPENSIVE item for redemption via @wowcher. The link for redemption doesn’t work. No help from customer support. And when I try the website the item is from - there’s no ability to buy this item either. Is this a #scam?

@RingGo_parking had to park to catch my train at 9:15. Tried app, phone and website (recorded all of this) with no luck. Left a note on dashboard. Keep checking if app is back to pay - can you reassure no fines?

@phantertainment @1889outcharted The key in your comment was that was the amount made for the BRAND. She would’ve got a much smaller %. And those sales I assume were the launch quarter. Would’ve dwindled considerably after the fact.
