@sainsburys 've paid for my online grocery delivery but no show this morning! Called and put through to overseas call Centre. Agent said he couldn't get the Redhill store to answer to find out what's going on. So weekly food order not delivered, no response from store.
What an abomination of a retailer @JohnLewisRetail is now. You know a business is on the way out when customers have to SUE them to force them to act in a fair and responsible way. Dealing with their ‘customer care’ agents is like a really bad joke … but no one laughs…😟

I’m a customer who has been put on hold for 20 minutes and still counting when I rang with a question about my SIPP. Don’t you have any standards on how to deal with calls in a timely way? Very unprofessional.
Why are so many ‘property management’ companies on @Checkatrade I want to be contacted by tradespeople themselves, not some scavenging third party who hires the same people and doubles the price. Boot them off @Checkatrade and get back to your mission.

There's lots to love about @British_Airways but their IT isn't one of them. I can't bring up my booking from yesterday to get my seats on either app or website. Their IT senior team need replacing with some kick ass professionals. #no2crapIT
I'm love @british_airways but wasn't a fan of my seat (2F) on flight 2798 last Sunday. Banged both my knee and my dignity when I sat down! Then paid £7.99 for all of flight wifi and it didn't work for almost the entire flight. Flight home from Seville was great and no dodgy seat.
Scary incident last Sunday when our @SamsungUK TV caught fire behind the screen. Actual flames burning inside, just before we headed on hols - had to rush it outside and pour water into it as was still smouldering. Could have been catastrophic if we weren't around. #firerisk

Took a mate to lunch @YOSushi St Pancras on Monday and it was bad. Staff chatted while we waited to be seated, 15 mins for drinks to come & hot food was dry & cold. Seats torn up and place was SHABBY. I used to like Yo, but I was embarrassed to take a guest there. #nostandards
Great flight on @British_Airways from LGW to Paphos today. Crew were excellent and a special shout out to Isaac who dealt with a full club Europe cabin with friendliness, professionalism and panache. It’s the people that make BA. Also Leah in Club Lounge was a star. Thank you.
