@boohoo @boohooMAN @BoohooUK awful awful customer service. Have now added a refund onto gift card option and do this even when you selected a monetrie refund… they provide no proof of you selected gift card refund and apparently cannot charge it once selected. Absolute bullshit.

@boohoo never come acros a worse customer service experience. Finally had a response yesterday to my first query. Second query was completely ignored and now I’ll be waiting 75 days for a response on that.
