How is this Emergency being addressed? You can now be incarcerated for five years for the crime of *giving food to illegal protesters*. Assets of protesters have been ordered frozen -- meaning that they can't even hire lawyers to bring a constitutional challenge to court.

But in Churchillian fashion, the Prime Minister won't let a crisis go to waste: He is including peaceful protestors as part of the Emergency.
