This is so true. I couldn’t protect the underage girl he hurt who was homeless in San Francisco. I protected the babysitters. I don’t care what he did to me to silence me. I escaped - I am ok now. it’s what he will do to others that haunts me. I wish I was braver sooner.

@WestJet two day delay on flight - 3+ hours on hold with call center. After you called me! Calls dropped gave up. Standing in line at airport 2 hours. Down to one person working! Is this a staffing issue or a budget cuts issue?

@WestJet flight for tomorrow was canceled and rescheduled for 2 days later - this is not an acceptable solution. I am traveling and on hold for over 1 hour after YOU called me to inform me of this change. I need a way to speak to some one and find a better solution!

July 4th I watched helpless as child fell overboard from our vessel. All had life vests on. All ok. The crew handled it well. I went in, as agreed, after him. All the ways it could have went wrong haunt me. I see and feel it when I close my eyes. #awakeallnight #lifevests
