2/ People are furious that the GOP team did NOTHING to notify the democratic nominee as soon as they had information that he may have been exposed by maskless dopes at the debate.
@simonateba Gee. I wonder who had this brilliant idea? "People come up to me and they say, Sir, you doing so great with the economy. Thank you sir! You should just put your signature on our bills so we can all remember it was you that did this to (um, for) us. So I said sure. Yeah.
@highbrow_nobrow So says the guy who thinks his opinions have value when he hasn’t run for anything in decades. If you can still yap she can still be First Lady.
The immunity decision has now made it possible for a current president to illegally order the detention of a former president who poses a threat to our democracy. And maybe supreme court justices who take bribes too?
BREAKING: MAGA Congresswoman Marjorie Greene is publicly reprimanded and humiliated after launching a truly deranged attack on Dr. Fauci during an Oversight Committee hearing.
This is just too good...
Greene refused to call Fauci "doctor" during her questions, insisting instead on calling him "Mr. Fauci."
"Do you think that’s appropriate? Do the American people deserve to be abused like that, Mr. Fauci, because you’re not ‘Dr.,’ you’re ‘Mr. Fauci’ in my few minutes," she said. "No, I don’t need your answer."
She was asking him about schools requiring children to wear masks and practice social distancing during the pandemic.
Democratic star Congressman Jamie Raskin quickly interjected—
"Just in terms of the rules of decorum, are we allowed to deny that a doctor is a doctor just because we don’t want him to be a doctor?" he asked.
"Yes, because in my time, that man does not deserve to have a license. As a matter of fact, it should be revoked, and he belongs in jail," Greene responded.
It was then that Representative Brad Wenstrup, the Republican chair of the House Oversight and Accountability Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic, reprimanded Greene.
He said that the "the gentlelady will suspend" and ordered her to properly recognize Fauci as a doctor.
Democratic Congressman Robert Garcia also weighed in on the childish disrespect displayed by Greene.
"It’s completely unacceptable to deny Dr. Fauci, who’s here, a respected member of the medical community, his title. And that’s actually a personal attack on his character," he said.
Greene then lashed out again, claiming that Fauci was "not respected" and persisted in refusing to call him a doctor. While her unhinged behavior is alienating to normal people, it's red-meat for her MAGA QAnon-poisoned supporters.
Wenstrup then demanded that all members of the committee be "mindful of their remarks."
In typical hysterical form, Greene ended her line of questioning by absurdly calling for Fauci to be hit with a criminal referal for "crimes against humanity."
"You know what this committee should be doing? We should be recommending you to be prosecuted. We should be writing a criminal referral because you should be prosecuted for crimes against humanity. You belong in prison, Dr. Fauci," said Greene said.
This is how truly insane the Republican Party has become. Rather than worrying about the convicted felon leading their party, they're fixated on demonizing and prosecuting scientists for trying to save lives.

@megynkelly You know what the country is feeling today and it is not disgrace. We are proud that a former president can be fairly tried and convicted using the same system that has been good enough for two hundred years. It has worked for convicting a long line of Democrats too.
@DavidSacks It was a trial by jury. The Prosecution had a steep burden of proof but cleared it unanimously. The defense challenged everything but not successfully. What sham?
