@JortsTheCat @nekopog Also a high stress lifestyle can contribute to pee thorns. Which is not good because having pee thorns is very stressful! My boy had to take happy brain pills for awhile until he wasn't scared to pee any more. ☹️

@sage_stage My favorite set of directives is "teach bell to bell" but also "maintain a clean and organized classroom" but also "stand in the hall outside your class for the whole passing period" Those five minutes are all I have to re-set for the next class, and maybe pick up a few pencils.

@nenagerman Have you done work on the length of time admin stay at a job and success? I'm in my 10th year at my school and we've had 5 principals and around 15 APs. The constant turnover is draining.
