The schools participating can join and leave at any time so ncaa has no controlling stake of schools. They just regulate. Your analogies are so wrong/awful that I’ll donate my business law books to you

There are no ties to parent/sister companies here. It’s a regulator presiding over a group of individual companies. This is an at will regulation that any school can leave.

No. Tech has no legal standing in this because of no ties to when the actions occurred. A current employees HR has no legal standing in a case around actions at previous place of employment.

They have no legal standing as it is an independent individuals actions while not associated with tech. It has to be filed by him but they can provide backing behind the scene.
