@nixcraft Well, not weeks, couple of days maybe. Linux can be installed within minutes, less than an hour if your PC is a bit slow horse.

[ClonkyTheClonk @ClonkyC]

@Itsfoss Nope. I entered Linux World thru Slackware using 3.5" diskettes

[ClonkyTheClonk @ClonkyC]

@LinuxHandbook

[ClonkyTheClonk @ClonkyC]

@Itsfoss @urkos101 WPS works
Ubuntu does not.

[ClonkyTheClonk @ClonkyC]

@Itsfoss Oh dear! 🙄LibreOffice is more FOSS than ONLYOFFICE because it’s built and distributed primarily under open-source licenses. OnlyOffice is a mix of open-source and proprietary components—its availability and licensing model are less consistently “fully open” than LibreOffice.

@itsfoss My XP machine died suddenly and I was fed up staring at my screen while waiting for scandisk, defrag, virusscan, reboots after updates and all that useless things Windows forces you to do

[ClonkyTheClonk @ClonkyC]

@yanabantai No, Slackware, then Debian

[ClonkyTheClonk @ClonkyC]

@sysxplore Nope : Slackware. Was there before Ubuntu existed.

[ClonkyTheClonk @ClonkyC]

@Mammbreizh @grok Et en Belgique? est-ce que ce sont les mêmes règles ? En Wallonie ?

[ClonkyTheClonk @ClonkyC]

Dear @AVM_INTL , do you have a reapeater on which it is possible to connect an external antenna ? I would like to covert my backyard with WiFi
