@GogIvanka Awful testimony and a perfect example of why mental health is so stigmatized. From not telling Patrick about meds when they were dating to basically not believing one thing that Lindsey said. Crazy to me.
@may_kelsea@ProsecutorsPod She’s trying to prove that she’s not bipolar I’d guess (I’m a therapist). He probably used beach body/workout as something to mean goal directed activity essential for bipolar diagnosis.
@nollyford@seeketernal1@BurnerBarbieUSA Right? Perfectly clear history (otherwise it would have been shown in court) so the perfect crime to start a half life of crime hood is to murder three kids you gave birth to after desperately seeking mental health treatment.
@BurnerBarbieUSA@nollyford True psychopathy is rare and even more rare in females and literally impossible to have without conduct disorder in childhood. Unless I hear that she harmed animals, lied, had severe behavior probs etc in childhood the most likely explanation is honestly psychosis.
@nollyford@BurnerBarbieUSA Louder for the people in the back who have no psych experience or training and can’t explain the difference between ego syntonic and ego dystonic
@BurnerBarbieUSA Nope. Cluster B personality disorders are pervasive. ASPD doesn’t fit because there isn’t evidence of conduct disorder in childhood and the prosecution would have been on that hard. There is zero evidence so far she has the relationship patterns to meet them.
@defense_diaries I cannot believe the thoughts were not assessed before being normalized. Just because someone says they are intrusive doesn’t mean they actually are…
@defense_diaries Therapist- you always ask about specifics of alcohol consumption. Most people don’t know standard serving sizes. Two drinks of 5 ounces of bourbon is different than two bud lights but one could just say two drinks.
@SunnySpirit1919 Postpartum Psychosis isn’t a diagnosis recognized in the DSM-5-TR which is the diagnostic manual for psychiatric illness in the US. You can have some diagnoses with psychotic features (ie bipolar, major depression). Hope this helps
@jewstein3000 Mom is addicted to opioids prescribed for chronic pain for 20 years. Many ODs where her BP was 60/40 and needed dialysis, bipap, GI surgeries. She’s had every med under the sun. Wish someone looked at what she was doing outside of meds to help with pain. It’s ruined our lives.
