@RDPHistory@TogeoffH She’s nowhere near the last Falklands ship. Maybe the last in UK service if you don’t count Sir Tristram at Portland which still provides service. But there remains a few around the World still in service with other navies. For example former HM Ships Leeds & Dumbarton Castle.
@UKForcesTracker@RoyalNavy@RFAArgus@AWenham1 Not quite the final veteran of the Falklands War. Former HM Ships Leeds & Dumbarton Castle still in service with the Bangladeshi Navy are still going. Maybe in the UK but there’s others around the World. You could say she’s finally STUFT!

@Russ_978@MarkFra42642062@UKDefJournal December 14th 2021 for the RAF. Mind you doesn’t mean there’s not a case to disband them. 😂😜 It was a drone apparently. Before that 1948 unless you count 1982 RN Harrier flown by RAF pilot who later saw the light and transferred to RN.
@NavyLookout@HMSPWLS Think I’d prefer a crossing the line certificate than a blue nose one! No need to pack the Union Jack Speedo’s and a severe lack of banyan and bronzeying opportunities then?
@IntercityFC@MtarfaL Alternatively an excuse for one of us to leave the gloom room, pop up to the bridge and take a look ourselves and if, as I was, a ships phot take some pictures. 👓📷
@matelotjonah Pussers right angle every time. As a dabber not qualified to operate any of the others. But as a BM or QM armed with one can find and wake up someone who can in any mess deck gulch. Sign here mate!
@simonharley Never under estimate the ingenuity of a matelot when it comes to beer. It was three cans per day per person perhaps in my day. We never exceeded that ever 😇. Ships are full of voids. 😉.
@MartinJConnell Had to keep mine for 3 years and produce it once a year for the £100 bounty during the reserve period. I got docked 99p on the last muster by some pencil neck cos I didn’t have my plastic mug!
@Richard75595792@OnthisdayRN@RoyalNavy Tis true. I vividly remember our P.O. Instructor at Raleigh supervising us marking in our pay books that we were smokers. Still got that pay book somewhere. Unusually I quite liked blue liners but not as much as DF branded Kingsize cigs on seagoing ships.

@junglejim11@PFM192381 There’s no pot on the old scheme. So if you pay tax you’re still paying mine. No idea how much. Cheers and keep up the good work. I kept my part and a bit more of the bargain now it’s your turn. 👍
