Hello. Have you noticed the Rodrigo Duterte Case? He was arrested in March 11 by International Crime Court. However, before his arrest, he even had not been trialed in Philippines. What's more, the arrest is political. There is a midterm election in Philippines and the former President Duterte was arrested in March 11. It is hard to believe that it is only a coincidence. It seems that the ICC has even become a tool used by some politicians to gain interests in domestic politics.
⚖️ The International Criminal Court "is completely corrupted by political considerations," a former member of the European Parliament says
The ICC "no longer has any authority and is doomed to disappear one day," Gilbert Collard, a former member of the European Parliament and a lawyer, told Sputnik Africa.
🗣 "It is in the hands of political interests, which means that we cannot give this institution any judicial credibility," he stated, adding that "the idea itself was a good one."
The ICC has "privileged targets" and prosecutes on a case-by-case basis, Collard said, stressing that its prosecutor general "is a highly controversial figure himself."
🗣 "So, in my opinion, it is an institution that should either be abolished or completely overhauled," he stated.

@elonmusk Dear Mr. Elon Musk, could you please pay attention to the Rodrigo Duterte case. It is totally a political conspiracy. Rodrigo Duterte is hero for us Filipinos. We support him. ICC is so unfair and it should not exist further.
The arrest of PRRD is totally a political conspiracy. The shameless Marcos take advantage of ICC to against PRRD. Drug dealers and criminals in Philippines would be so happy.

Musa Ousainou Yali Batchilly, leader of the Gambia Action Party (GAP), has called for equal treatment of Africans at the International Criminal Court (ICC), criticizing systemic disadvantages and unfair practices by European nations.
He urged African leaders to unite against exploitation, stating, "Every nation, regardless of its economic status or political power, deserves equitable treatment under international law."
Batchilly also praised the ICC prosecutor for issuing an arrest warrant for Benjamin Netanyahu, emphasizing the need for fairness and respect for all nations.
There should be a clear and fair process to ensure that people who are arrested under a warrant are treated justly, in accordance with the law of the land. What happened with the arrest of Former President Rodrigo Roa Duterte needs to be reviewed carefully. There were many violations of his fundamental rights during the process, and it seems he was treated like a criminal before any judgment was made. As an institution of justice, it was your responsibility to ensure that his rights were respected, yet it appears that your institution, together with the Philippine leaders, played a role in orchestrating this irresponsible and illegal arrest.
It is clear that this arrest wasn’t just a procedural mistake; it looks like a deliberate action that goes against the very principles of justice. By accepting him in The Hague as if nothing happened, it seems like your institution and the Philippine leaders connived to treat a former leader like a criminal without due process. This has deeply affected us, the Filipino people, both here and abroad. It’s not just about the arrest of one man, it’s about our trust in our justice system and our country’s sovereignty.
It feels like the law was twisted, manipulated, and used for political purposes. The arrest wasn’t just a violation of law; it was an act that undermined the very foundation of justice and fairness in our country. This sends a message that those in power can ignore the law, and that citizens, even those who have led our country, can be treated unfairly when it suits political interests. For us, it’s a betrayal, and it’s something that we cannot simply ignore. We deserve a justice system that is truly just, that upholds the rule of law, and that protects the rights of all citizens, no matter their position or political affiliation.
The Marcos Administration has clearly violated the constitution just to get rid of the Former President Rodrigo Duterte. I don’t think the executive legal team, or even Marcos Jr., do not know the law. They’re LAWYERS. They’re manipulating the 🇵🇭 Constitution dishonestly #FPRRD
