Meanwhile only a few miles away, members of the genocidal occupation forces bathe in a swimming pool in the occupied Naqab desert (called the Negev by the Zionists), paid for by donations from a British charity.

The pool was opened in late 2021 with a “a performance ... from the Israel National Artistic Swimming Team."

The organisation that collects and sends the money to the occupation forces is called the UK Friends of the Association for the Wellbeing of Israel's Soldiers. (Registered Charity No. 1084272)

The sheer barbarism of the activities of UK AWIS is horrific enough. But the fact that this charity gets tax relief and is allowed to operate in the UK is worse.

Please write to the Charity Commission asking them

1. To examine whether UK AWIS is fulfilling its charitable objectives;
2. Whether it provides "public benefit" and whether this is outweighed by the obvious harm that the IDF is being enabled and supported to do by the charity.
3. Whether supporting a foreign army is regarded as a charitable purpose by the Charity Commission, given its statement in 2016 that “Whilst support for the United Kingdom’s armed forces is a charitable purpose, support of foreign armed forces is not a charitable purpose for a charity based in England or Wales to further.”

Now that the UK Friends of the Association for the Wellbeing of Israel's Soldiers has deleted its website and all its social media accounts, here is a reminder of some of its activities. Have a look at the stills from a now deleted video showing the swimming pool they provided for the genocidaires of the occupation forces.

They were proud of this only a month ago and now they are running for cover.

I do hope that no-one thought to download the video from which these still were taken.

Wouldn't it be awful if someone posted the video in its entirety here on X and made it available to the charity commission (@CharityComms) to help with its investigation of whether supporting genocide can be defined as a charitable purpose under British law?

Remember also that at least 20 UK charities were involved in sending cash to the UK AWIS. Would be nice if they stopped and apologised to the British public and indeed confirmed to the Charity Commission that their will not support genocide and the so-called IDF in future.
