i genuinely feel so fucking bad for the people that don’t understand this album because i can vouch for every harrie and casual listener when i say it shifted something in all of us. i started seeing the world through a difference lens because of carla’s song, and her and season 2 weight loss were exactly what i needed to hear. this album just felt like he watched the last 2 most chaotic years of my life and decided to write a song about the journey and then gave me a kiss on the forehead with carla’s song to tell me he hears and understands me. hearing it live was a whole other experience i can’t even begin to describe. that’s what i love so much about music and i wish everyone could’ve focused on the message and instrumentation, and melodies instead of commercial success

Working w/ analog hardware live is a lost skill, an art, that today’s fast-paced, digital music culture simply isn't trained to recognize. Programming modular synths live takes insane technical knowledge, patience, and sound design skill. Bringing this level of technical mastery and traditional electronic production to his live show is pure artistry, whether people get it or not. He’s bringing traditional production back to the spotlight while constantly evolving his craft and proves once again that he’s always miles ahead.
