@BowTiedBull Reminds me of concept of Anti-Fragile.
Strength implies rigidity, adaptability implies the ability to improve under changing circumstances.
Adaptability is closer to the evolutionary imperative.
@GergelyOrosz I think it’s also part of brand building and being part of the zeitgeist.
Traditional mediums of advertising are far more effective, although harder to measure.
Coke runs ads 24/7 to keep the product top of mind.
"Awareness is often enough to motivate change.
Simply tracking your food intake will motivate you to alter it. Merely writing down your problems may spark ideas for possible solutions.
The process starts with seeing reality clearly."

@SaaSWiz No such thing as “Traffic for life” - Google Panda and other arbitrary SEO also changes destroy small sites over night. Brand or network effects/stickiness lasts much longer
Non-obvious traits of the best people I’ve ever worked with:
1) Short-term impatient, long-term patient
2) Don’t gossip
3) Impeccable with their word
4) Push me to think bigger
5) Manage their emotions extremely well
6) Deep sense of self-belief
@sammmaway@nntaleb It’s a recursive 2nd order chaotic system (eg, the systems inputs affect the outputs which in turn affect the inputs), the problem space cannot be modeled - it is not a lab setting.
@sammmaway@nntaleb You are trying to model humans on 2 dimensions or 3 or 4 or 10, it doesn’t matter - the issue is humans have near infinite dimensions - not only that, as environmental variables change they impact said dimensional preferences, which in turn impact the environment..
