@RobertBlumofe Many years ago we looked into making T-shirts with the image of the Big Red mobile on them. The Calder estate gave permission for the image to be used on the cover of the book and only on the cover of the book. And that's why you never see CLRS T-shirts.
@ravindraranwala@thcormen CLRS is a printed book. We can't just add material whenever we feel like it. And what is so great about the illustration you cite? The illustrations in CLRS are much better.

A reliable source (my sister) tells me that the Joyce Maynard novel Count the Ways mentions Introduction to Algorithms. Will check it out and report back once the public library reopens after Christmas.
Borrowed a copy of Count the Ways (thank you, Lebanon Public Library) and have confirmed that page 324 has the phrase "her Introduction to Algorithms book." Not posting the page image here because copyright.
