FACT:
👉🏼Men can never be women.

But once the sports eligibility policy says they can be and are allowed to play against women (unfairly), two outcomes are assured:
1. Female players are either undermined and/or EXCLUDED . They are denied their rightful placings and prizes.
2. Those who object to item 1 are then disciplined and, again, EXCLUDED.

In both cases, these ridiculous “inclusion” policies automatically lead to EXCLUSION.

PRINCIPLE

Yesterday in New Zealand, public submissions closed for a bill that will hopefully formally define man, women, male and female in law. Since the definition is now contested, and since anyone can self-id, sex-based rights aren't protected in law any more, so this bill will hopefully fix that.

There has been much propaganda and virtue signalling against this bill, not just from rainbow orgs but virtually every NGO with a social media account, even the Ministry for Women (which should be dissolved if they oppose defining what a woman is). Comments are always disabled on these posts, of course. Can't have people actually discussing it!

Much of the logic of opponents falls back to the false belief that sex is not binary, that 'there are as many intersex people in New Zealand as the entire city of Lower Hutt), as well as the idea that having accurate documents and records would cause great harm to transgender people. Currently even the medical system relies on self-reported 'gender', no record of sex, which is totally insane. This actually stops people from getting what they need, like a prostate check reminder for example.

Sometimes I feel like this country is completely ideologically captured when it comes to sex and gender. The medical system, the education system, the government. Everyone's desire to be seen as a good person seems to override their critical thinking skills. So it was great to see a group of biologists from the University of Auckland put forward a public submission that is grounded in scientific reality. The submission references @SwipeWright's paper, Why There Are Exactly Two Sexes (2025), among others.
