After i give advice i always end my sentence with "IDK THO" so you can never say i ruined your life.

The art of not being ready and doing it anyway will take you so far. There is always something to be learnt in trying.

You just had to be there for ‘W.I.T.C.H.’ — one or Jetix’s best shows ever. There’s a special bond for those of us who watched the series while it was on the air & collecting the comics.

The TV show was unfortunately cancelled way too early, as it was handled poorly by Disney and it could have gone for at least another season, however the comics ran for 139 issues up until 2012.

I’d argue it has aged better than its contemporaries and that it was ahead of its time.

Did you have any of the magazine issues?

I do find the whole “we can’t live up to BG3 standards” discourse hilarious, because the way some devs talk about it, you’d think Larian created some impossible, once-in-a-lifetime miracle nobody could ever replicate.

When in reality, they mostly just… put genuine effort into the game, listened to player feedback, and respected their audience.

And somehow the industry reacted like Larian personally ruined RPG development forever.

I don't want to body shame teenage girls, but I just don't think characters who've been trained in martial arts since they could walk should look like...well ME

🧵 here’s a thread on each individual that participated on the “Avatar: Aang, The Last Airbender” movie and their previous works. I’ll be updating this as more people from the staff come out and announce that they worked on the film.

[WILDER @wldsteppa]

what a boring planet... no sharingan, no soul reapers, no domain expansion, no hunter exam, no pirate adventure, no titan attacks..... just bills, stress, gossip, and insufferable people

[Kataang pilled 🥳 @TearbendingNina]

Now that Korra and Aang are the same age let’s settle who’s stronger……..WHO THE FUCK CARES??? If after watching ATLA and LoK all you care about is power scaling, you are too fucking stupid for this franchise. LEEAAAVVEEEEE!!!!!

[leo of arakko says 🔺RESIST🔺 @arakkosuperstar]

i don’t think the team knew how to write a fully realized avatar with free access to the avatar state. in the (kiyoshi) books the drawback seems to be that ur past lives can then influence ur decisions, which could be interesting to see, but they kinda wrecked that in korra, so

[Clyde Ausejo @clydeeeyo]

You've seen nothing until you've actually played the game.

I didn’t expect it, but Chinese animation is actually on par with Japanese anime now

[KJ👾💻 @hashTagKJV]

AANG literally mended the Avatar cycle after the secret of avatar SOHEM was lost and brought her back as for KORRA she destroyed the entire cycle like literally everyone vanished under her watch 😭😭😩

[a 💽 @uukhanu]

ever since the original show ended i feel like the avatar state keeps getting bastardized from a spiritual all-powerful tool to a minor power boost

[Joe Ruffler @SortaStupidRuff]

So every Avatar fan whose watching it is going to buy it the second it’s available to be purchased. Right?

Whenever I watch Sypha from Castlevania, I get angry with Korra again.

This was the Avatar we needed in the script and Korra was the nonsense we got.

Oh and jsyk, this girl will beat the living daylight out of Korra in a 1v1. Anywhere, anytime, one element or all the elements.
