The Ministry of Health just published the names of 7028 Palestinians, including 2913 children killed in #Gaza.
Scrolling over this is so painful. The first 88 names are from the same family! The next 72 from one family! And the undescribable pain goes on. No words.
Al-Jazeera's host bursts into tears as he announces the news of the tragic murder of the son, daughter, wife and several grandchildren of his colleague Wael al-Dahdouh in an Israeli airstrike in Gaza.

Unwavering moral clarity about the preciousness of life and a refusal of double standards.
Why are the the most junior and vulnerable Congresspeople taking the most risks in speaking out while the safest and most senior reps sit by silently?

The media climate is so insane right now that the Israeli military can kill a major media outlet’s videographer, & their own statement on it won’t tell you who did it 🤦♂️
Israel and Gaza are not two countries at war. Gaza is a territory under siege, where every aspect of life is controlled by Israel.
Palestinians didn’t break through a “border” to enter Israel. They destroyed a fence separating them from the homes they were forced out of.
Doctor in Gaza: "Everywhere you go.. you see funerals, you see death, buildings collapsing. It's like you're watching a movie about the end of life.. Kids are crying & screaming, there's no electricity, there's no internet.. you feel you could be next" https://t.co/08l8kVxnLk
I have not seen a single report where western journalists ask the Israeli relatives of captives/deceased if they condemn the violence of their state or government against Gazans. Yet every. Single. Palestinian. Is asked if they condemn Hamas, even as they mourn their dead family.
Western reaction to Israel's assault on Gaza reveals a double standard when it comes to how Israeli & Palestinian lives are valued, says Palestinian writer @m7mdkurd. "The PR strategy of the Israeli regime throughout all of this has been to invoke those Islamophobic sentiments.”
