As per government guidelines, anybody who has faced a flight cancellation due to COVID-19 is supposed to get a full refund, but MMT is here to cheat it's customers even in these though times. Such a shame @makemytripcare

Words are so less to express how much of a cheater @makemytrip is!! I was told by the Airlines that my refund of 57349 INR was getting processed but MMT has initiated only 15800 INR of it and have cheated me of rest of the amount. @makemytripcare

Hi @makemytripcare, I had a word with the airlines, there is a refund request raised on my booking with reference DU3NI7 but because my flight got rescheduled, a new ID was generated FA6JFO and hence they couldn't see a refund request there.

I contacted the airlines @VirginAtlantic as I received no communication from MMT for weeks and they say there's no refund request raised. Whereas MMT informed me on 27th May that the RA has been made with number 0005627712. Am I being cheated by @makemytrip? @makemytripcare
