@KenLaCorte Really great overview!!! The ironic thing I see is the cultural differences also breed other interesting advantages like stronger families. In Nicaragua, I would argue that people are generally happier than the US and there is no homeless problem.

@PNWConservative The success of Texas and Florida is not hard to emulate. Property taxes and sales taxes are stable and don't single out a group. You buy as much house as you can afford to pay in property tax...not regressive. Seattle will be a horrible slum soon...NYC 1970's

@DemzDeliver Good luck with that! Emulating a losing plan is interesting. People were escaping CA to WA for these types of policies. Idaho real estate going up...Seattle real estate going down...
