I rebranded my hybrid office hours as "Student Q&A hours" and moved them outside. I send weekly email reminders with the location, Zoom link, and examples of questions students can ask.
Since making these changes, I consistently get 2+ students per session. 🎉 1/2

@ClaudiaEBerger@hypothes_is thanks so much for this post! also fyi about the set-up req: there is an LMS integration for all major LMSs which removes this (no sign in required&group created for class automatically) which makes it super easy- I teach w/it in Canvas & it requires just a few clicks to set up
