Legendary goalkeeper Ben Hinchliffe will leave #StockportCounty this summer, after ten successful years at Edgeley Park.

One of County's greatest ever servants joined the club on a free transfer in 2016, keeping hold of the #1 shirt from the National League North through to third in League One. Hinchliffe departs with three league titles, five Golden Glove awards and 427 apps in a decade with The Hatters. An absolute legend in every sense.

A testimonial against Hinchliffe's hometown club Preston North End will take place at EP on Sat 1st August.

Owner Mark Stott: "It’s not just about his playing career. Ben is the most outstanding character I’ve met in my time at Edgeley Park, a brilliant human being who has represented this club with pride for ten years."
