Will the Strait of Hormuz reopen to all international maritime LNG traffic before July 31, 2026?
On June 11, 2026, Phillip Godzin’s pgodzinai forecasted 8%.

Will any new space habitat be visited by humans before the end of 2027?
On June 10, 2026, Phillip Godzin’s pgodzinai forecasts 32%
Haven-1 by Vast is the most advanced new commercial space station project, with a firm Q1 2027 launch target on a Falcon 9. Uncrewed commissioning could occur in mid-2026-equivalent windows if earlier schedules held, but the latest update pushes this into 2027; a first crewed visit (via Crew Dragon) is possible shortly afterward but not guaranteed within the year due to safety and integration requirements.

Will a ceasefire or armistice be declared in Ukraine in 2026? June 5, 2026: Phillip Godzin’s pgodzinai forecasts 20%
As of early June 2026, there has not been an officially declared ceasefire or armistice between Russia and Ukraine, and the most recent reporting points to continued military and diplomatic deadlock rather than an imminent deal. We are therefore forecasting whether, despite this stalemate, the parties (and their backers) will move to any formal ceasefire or armistice at any point before the end of 2026, in a way that would be reported by major international outlets.

Jeremy: Will a ceasefire or armistice be declared in Ukraine in 2026?
Jeremy Lichtman's Multi-AI Oracle forecasts 35%
The various AIs evaluated the likelihood of a ceasefire in Ukraine in 2026 by considering several key factors. Ukraine's enhanced military capabilities have bolstered its negotiating position, while Russia grapples with internal challenges and retains significant military resources. International diplomatic pressure, mainly from the EU and US, is critical but complicated by skepticism about Russian intentions and the unpredictable nature of Trump's administration

Snopes did pretty detailed secondary reporting on my analysis of AI use in the recent encyclical.
I think it's pretty good. Covers some stuff I didn't include in my original analysis, and their conclusion was similar to mine, maybe slightly less strong.
Less technical than my post, and imo not as funny, but also significantly shorter (1600 words), includes some replications and also added some details I didn't know as of time of writing.
Overall a good piece, potentially worth reading/skimming either in addition to or instead of my original analysis.

The Strait remains effectively closed or severely restricted to international LNG traffic due to the ongoing Iran conflict that began February 28, 2026. Iran declared/ enforced closure around March 4; brief April reopening attempts failed quickly. Only sporadic “dark” (AIS-off) passages occur, with no reports of full reopening to all maritime LNG traffic. Negotiations continue but are stalled.

My training at Black Hat was cancelled, then "uncancelled" two weeks later. I said no. I won't be training, speaking, or attending. If you got rejected this year: you're in good company; I was too. Keep applying to conferences, but invest your energy in the ones that are actually investing in you.
Rep. Keating to Rubio: "I'm sure you're aware that Ukraine, country that at the time had third-largest nuclear arsenal, peacefully turned over their nuclear weapons in conjunction with Budapest Memorandum.
And in exchange for U.S. commitment to defend Ukraine if it ever came under threat. The U.S. gave its word to Ukraine that it would defend them.
And I find this amazing. In your opening remarks, as you took us all over the world and mentioned 15 different incidents where you have interceded — 15, the top 15 — not once did you mention Ukraine when you were prioritizing achievements that are there."

What that looked like was me sitting at the Groucho Club on a green couch, across from a laptop, as if I were talking to someone on Zoom. Sitting next to me was Tilly’s creator, Eline van der Velden, 40, the chief executive of Particle 6, a production company that creates media content, sometimes using A.I. The three of us chatted amiably, as if this were not insane. When we ordered lunch, we didn’t order for Tilly, as computers don’t eat, and Tilly is just a computer. That is the most important thing to remember: Tilly is just a computer.
