@AmericanAir@AmericanAir your customer service at DCA is trash today. I have no idea how you could make up for the unfolding of today’s events — I’m doubtful you’d even care to suggest some sort of compensation for the inconveniences of these delays and cancellations on my wallet.
@AmericanAir was booked first class on 2594 DCA to SYR at 3:50 this afternoon. Without rhyme or reason, flight was delayed several times and then canceled. You rebooked me on another flight for TUESDAY without cause or reason to explain. No accommodation. Longer wait for bag.
@AmericanAir now, I have to rent a car to travel to SYR first thing in the morning on my dime and without any offer of apology or goodwill. The initial delay was due to a “missing flight attendant,” the next was due to “weather,” another was due to a “mechanical issue.”
