Mullvad is (probably unintentionally) deanonymizing its users in an extremely subtle, borderline backdoorish way.

And the way it's happening is via a threat model almost nobody who has considered Mullvad safe has ever even considered.

@RoverDotCom Our dog was hurt during care of one of your sitters. Been trying to file reimbursement. Initial vet visit showed dog needed surgery to remove broken teeth. We can't magically get surgery done within 30-day window at vet. Your team didn't respond for 10 days! Trying to run time out? What can we do here to get help?

.@fi_dogs customer support is non-existent. Was looking to turn off auto-renew for my 3yr subscription. We haven't had the hardware for a year and haven't even logged in. Called a few times a no one ever answered. Now when I try to cancel, there are no refunds. Avoid! Chargeback
