I have loved @WWE since as far back as I can remember (more than 30 years) One of the most entertaining segment of WWE TV right now is the one @RonKillings is involved in. And now he just been released?! WTF @TKOGrp!!!??
@TripleH COME ON MAN!
THIS FKN SUCKS!
A lo que Punk le dijo “Si no lo te haces cargo tu, a ti no te va a gustar de la forma en que lo voy a resolver yo”
Y en el mismo AEW pudimos confirmar q Punk was right.
I'm going to do something crazy for X and use some common sense. After Brawl Out, I had to take off my fan hat and look at some hard truths as an (at the time) AEW fan, so I'm going to go through that process here.
Prior to AEW, I wasn't a big Cody fan, but even I looked at AEW as Cody's baby. He was the face, heart and soul of the company. Yes, others were involved, but he was the main guy I associated with AEW. It wasn't long before we started hearing about his problems politically and, after awhile,he was gone.
I thought it was odd, because he was one name you never heard about being hard to work with or even hard to like, but, as a fan, I gave AEW the benefit of the doubt. Then I heard he was a model employee in WWE and he was going to be the face of the company. I told myself "well, maybe he's just a better fit there".
Fast forward to Brawl Out. It seemed like the younger guys were thrilled with punk, but,for some reason,the same guys who it was reported had a problem with Cody had a problem with Punk. Punk had his history, sure, but so did they and their's was more recent. Also, Punk wouldn't do his dealings through dirt sheets normally, just face to face.
That's when I was sure that AEW is a political mess backstage with people who were willing to ruin someone's reputation if it helped them. They weren't a team trying to achieve the same goal. Now, that's not why I stopped being a fan. That's just when I admitted to myself that they weren't this happy family they pretended to be.
My point is, we have no idea what is actually going on, we just know what a few people want us to believe is going on and sometimes, if you think critically, you can find reasons to doubt that narrative.
Why would Triple H hire Punk after what he "did" at Brawl Out and the All Incident? Common sense would dictate that he went to Cody and Cody said "you have no idea what working with those children can do to a person. You should at least give him a chance" , and it's time for us to do the same.
