@Ianminc@CITBank I'm having the same problem. It's not just you. When it happened yesterday, I thought maybe the site was down for maintenance, but it is still down this morning. Something isn't right.
We're now on Day 52, I think. Yesterday I was instructed to perform another factory reset (reinstall Windows), so for the third time since buying the machine, I've been installing the apps needed for work. While doing so, the recurring issue... reoccurred. #Dell#DellXPS
RANT! I bought a new Dell laptop in August to replace my 8yr old all-in-one desktop for a new job I started in October. Since then I've had nothing but trouble, and as of today my ticket with tech support has been open for 35 days.
During that time they've updated drivers, reinstalled Windows (that was fun!), and even sent out a technician to replace the motherboard (think: stranger in my home for two hours during a pandemic). I want my money back, but we all know there's 0% chance of that happening.
@DellCaresPRO, $3,410.41 USD is the amount which I regret spending on my Dell computer last year as my ticket opened 51 days ago is ignored and I reboot my machine a second time before 9 AM. I cannot even get someone to call me and take a copy of the logs.
The good news is that it is all being recorded so that we can watch it later. Unfortunately, the Q&A time won't be much help today if we don't have context until tomorrow. #SalesforceLIVE
The Slack integration looks awesome, but Chatter is also awesome. How are these two going to work together? Do Chatter posts appear in Slack, and vice versa?

Regarding Einstein Activity Capture (EAC), are the messages still stored somewhere other than the core platform? That is, if EAC is turned off, do all of the messages already visible in records disappear?

@skershner__c @AntoninusX @SalesforceAdmns I appreciate your positivity. Dynamic Forms were presented as a roadmap item a while ago now. It's one thing to say, "Hey, they'll get to that next release." It's another to say, "It's become an IdeaExchange item" (synonymous with 11yr roadmap).
@skershner__c @AntoninusX @SalesforceAdmns Leadership isn't as likely to renew their Salesforce contract if they keep hearing me say, "Gosh, that *would* be nice, but Salesforce is limited in that way." As the primary advocate for Salesforce, I want to promote adoption, not hinder it.
How do we block the in-app guidance about optimizing Lightning record pages? Once may be helpful, but repeatedly seeing the same message for a bogus recommendation is a bit irritating for admins. #salesforceLIVE
