@QantasUSA customer service is so bad! Calls to upgrade they said can’t and have to at gate. Now at gate they are saying can’t have to do it 48 hours before. Never flying qantas again.
@Qantas really disappointed with qantas. We called to upgrade and were told we can’t over the phone and have to at the gate. Came to the gate and were told we can’t and have to call 48 hours before and do it over phone. Terrible customer service. Won’t fly again.
@synchrony one of the worst banks ever. Do not get their credit card. They rebilled me for a dispute that I have with merchant and don’t even let me know they are rebilling. Now I do not have the product and they are charging me for it without my consent. #worstcustomerservice
