Bureaucracy takes over when innovation runs out.
When there is a real problem to solve and room to do something new, engineers and leaders do not have time for politics or processes. The work lines everyone up.
Bureaucracy shows up when nothing new is happening; creation gives way to coordination, and process becomes the work.
There’s a stage in tech where:
– You no longer job hunt, opportunities find you.
– You hold a well-paying role, or build as a founder/investor.
– You stop posting work-in-progress frequently, instead sharing team or individual wins, lifestyle, and community.
- Your bio gives “if you know, you know” type of vibes
It’s a stage where balance returns. You have space for life beyond work and can pursue long-held goals.
I hope you reach it too.
In the modern era, the scarce resources are creativity and knowledge, not land and commodities.

Code #refactoring is a drug. What you think is optimal/good is your perception, not an absolute truth. Justify your efforts before getting stuck into infinite refactoring loop.
Neeraj Chopra, is a farmer’s son. The Singh-trio of hockey, Dilpreet, Gurjant & Hardik - are all sons of our farmers, and so is Bajrang Punia. As we celebrate these medals, we must not forget the pain of our farmers who are protesting on the borders of New Delhi.
One simple question:
When everyone knows a particular injection is not available anywhere, why does every doctor recommends that injection only?
When the hospitals cannot get that medicine then how will a common man get?
Why can't v use a substitute of that medicine &save a life?
It’s not often that someone donates a billion dollars for anything.
It has been a surprisingly quiet news response to the fact that the Ethereum founder donated a billion dollars in crypto to Indian covid response.
If vaccine is the only solution, everyone has to get it. You cannot vaccinate all through apps and websites. Set up ‘open for all’ counters at every small cluster of habitation. On pulse polio model. Vaccine has to go to the people. Not the other way round.
Anyone who has lost a loved one due to scarcity of Oxygen or an injection, will never be able to live in peace all their life. They will always live with a feeling that they failed to save their family.
I want to tell them..
You didn't fail,
We did 🙏
