@mark_dorin@eric__79 Clearly there is an access road that comes in from the east. They wouldn’t push a “trespass road” in from the north or south (too wet) or the west (too far). Well has been on production since 1983. Guarantee that there is and always has been a proper access road into the lease
@CouldBeMistaken@KeflonDon I agree with a $2.6mm D&C. Looking at the public completion and drilling tours they all settle around that amount. But…that doesn’t include equipping, construction or tie-in. So $2.6mm is only a partial measure of the capital required

@ShaleTier7 The Belly River is higher permeability than the Cardium. The technically prudent decision is to respect the rock and widen spacing. If there’s one thing $YGR.TO does well, it’s to not over capitalized their reservoirs
