Many think shingles are an old person’s disease so they don’t worry/think about it.
My nephew was 13 when he got them the 1st time, my son was 40.
My son had them 3 times before he could get the vaccine. You don’t develop a natural immunity 2 them.

I was raised Catholic and left the church at 16.
I read and researched many religions before turned to my Gma’s and great gma’s beliefs

@Erickschultz11 @drmeenalviz I never travel with my regular cell phone outside of short trips in Canada. I don’t want to risk losing it or having it stolen and losing all of my photos, numbers or online banking info
It is prepaid and when I get home I wipe it and it is good for the next trip
