Customer service needs improvement

Your engineers have come almost everyday but everyday I have the same problem. This is frustrating

@TelOneZW you have the worst customer service Whatsapp platform. Your staff ignore messages, other times it's over 12 hours before they respond. Other times you are chatting with them before you finish talking they stop responding. Everyday this week my WiFi has gone down.
