Suez Canal Chief has ruled out any conspiracy as the reason behind why ship ran aground. Investigation is pending on whether it was due to technical or personal errors.

Dis sound like AFF/PSCRB/MFA are not advanced training for FPFF/PST/EFA. Dis help only institutes. Pls correct me if I'm wrong.
