@HPSupport unfortunately messaging @HP did nothing.. they just told me to reach out to support again after I explained the whole story. @HP I already got a replacement and it didnt work.. this is a such a waste of time.

Worst IT experience in 20 years! Our printer blue-screened. HP finally sent a replacement but required the old printer head—which we can't get to because the old printer is broken. Now we have two useless printers. Sending it back and never buying HP again.

@Razer unfortunately your tech support team accidentally killed the laptop I sent in for repair. The laptop was working except for the display (I could access it remotely) - I sent it in and they said the motherboard died while troubleshooting... $2600 down the drain?
