ASML CEO Christophe Fouquet: "Demand on AI is coming so strongly that we will be in a supply-limited market for quite a while," citing plans like Elon Musk's huge proposed "TeraFab" AI plan and Starlink satellites as potentially driving a new leg of demand. – Reuters $ASML $TSLA $SPCX $TSM $HXSCL $INTC https://t.co/FIbBKiea9q
Gavin on why Elon's new chip fab, Terafab, will be successful:
"One, they have a partnership with Intel, which is very important. They're getting access to 50 years of institutional knowledge.
The A teams at the semi cap equipment companies will be working with them. ASML, KLA, Lam Research, Applied Materials.
One big reason Taiwan Semi caught up is those companies wanted them to catch up. They don't like having a monopsony.
And Elon is a living deity in China, Taiwan, South Korea, and Japan.
He's going to recruit the best people because the best engineers want to work for him, especially in hardware engineering.
Then next to Terafab, there'll be a Taiwan Town. 'These are your favorite restaurants? I'm going to move them and their whole staff from Taiwan to Texas.' Then we'll have Japan Town. Then Korea Town.
That's just not the way the people who run Intel and Samsung think.
So he's going to have the best talent, the A teams at the wafer fab equipment companies and he has Intel.
And it's different enough that it will not alienate Taiwan Semi."
$AMAT is saying market is seeing Agentic AI application growing and this means it creates more demand for CPUs and due to that its driving more demand for $MU $DRAM $KORU
@smartertrader Another amazing week! Sam and room were calling incredible plays all week. Friday he got SNDK before it exploded at the end, which was just nuts. Truly great stuff, Sam! #only1sam

BREAKING: Iran's President Pezeshkian has officially released an "open letter" to the American people. The letter states: 1. Iran harbors "no enmity" toward other nations, including the people of America, Europe, or neighboring countries 2. Recent US actions are "aggression" targeting civilians and infrastructure, setting up for long-term global instability 3. "What Iran has done, and continues to do, is a measured response grounded in legitimate self-defense" 4. The decision to withdraw from the Iran Nuclear Deal was "made by the US government" 5. "Continuing along the path of confrontation is more costly and futile than ever before" Pezeshkian concludes by saying, "the choice between confrontation and engagement is both real and consequential. Throughout its millennia of proud history, Iran has outlasted many aggressors." We now await Trump's address to the US at 9 PM ET.

>> 'Agentic AI' Rise: The CPU's Comeback?
• According to HSBC, approximately 44% of tasks in agentic AI workflows rely on the CPU — roughly 3–4x higher than in conventional AI compute architectures. This signals that CPUs and memory are emerging as the primary bottlenecks constraining compute performance in data centers.
• HSBC has accordingly raised its 2026 global server shipment forecast to +20% YoY. The firm also notes that given supply chain capacity constraints, actual market demand could surge by as much as 60%, with growth tailwinds expected to extend through 2028.
