Congratulations to our Hillingdon Employment Specialist Ron Hoogland, Job Starts Award Winner. In the 2021-22 financial year, he achieved 38 job outcomes for 26 clients, against an overall caseload of 37 for the year. His placement rate (% of caseload that got a job) was 70%.
