I'm sorry @teainfo if we dont have guidance on what the 2020-2021 school year will look like or if it will be safe to have students in the classroom how can we mandate standardized testing for the school year? That's not whats best for students or teachers....its wrong

One of my duties now is overseeing our Grounds and Maintenance. 2 years ago as a Principal, I hired an AP that was a Maintenance Genius. I used the opportunity to learn from him in an area I needed to grow. While leading we flourish most when we allow ourselves to also be led.
