@MissCablePE Try the sports Ed model or cooperative learning. Gives students roles and responsibilities so even if they forget their kit, they can still take part
🚨A couple athletes got murdered🚨
IGCSE PE CSI revision idea. Ss must identify the movement at joints, muscle actions and name as many of the bones as they identify the type of athlete that was murdered

Back to distance learning and having to do assessments. Thank goodness for assessprep and TEAMS for making it possible. SS showing some amazing resilience to deal with this new wave coming through Shanghai #physed#igcse#peteacher

My favourite time in a Sports Ed unit...CULMINATING EVENT!
Can’t wait to see how the Ss perform in their games and in their roles.

@MrDavies_StJ@MissNWhitehead For us we are only required to be 1m apart. All students must sanitize hands before entering class and at the end each student must sanitize the equipment. The procedures are exhausting but necessary
Social distancing+rain+limited space = PE Teachers nightmare
Came up with this quick adaptation to SPIKE BALL. Started off with throw&catch in a small square then asking Ss to adapt rules to make game faster/more difficult. Final step add hoop #physed
@fayej1 No altered timetable, but limited space. We have to utilise outdoors and need to ensure no more than 25Ss in one area. Luckily my school can split the hall into 3.
Thinking of Badminton or T&F units to minimise contact & equipment use
Ss are back & we managed to work together to transition smoothly from e-learning Sport Ed to real classroom Sport Ed. So happy to see these faces again #COVIDー19#PhysEd#backtoschool
