@CoachFrese Tell that to the parents that only care about wins but their kid could barely dribble or shoot but will be quick to talk about transferring their kid because they didn't win. Most HS coaches don't get elite athletes. Development without wins are rarely appreciated by parents. IMO

I see so many trainers and coaches teaching kids 15 dribble combo moves for IG likes, but not many showing these kids how to run offense sets and systems to better prepare them for an actual HS or College program. Teaching how to run offense is more important for development. IMO
