COACHES: Find ways to catch your players doing good. Praise, recognize, acknowledge, and celebrate the things they do right. We might get frustrated with what they do wrong, but it's the things they do right that lead to winning. Find ways to inspire your players!!
All the little things determine whether you're going to be an average team or a good team or a great team.
Are you going to let the little things slide, or are you going to do that extra bit of work to make yourself and the team better?
Andy Reid on detail:
This video was taken, unbeknown to her, 2 days after Christmas 2020 at 7:08pm. Snowโs coming down hard outside. She came back to campus early so she could get reps. Itโs this work ethic, when nobodyโs watching, thatโs the key ingredient to @sydneyhilley becoming the player she is
My parents never tried to fight a battle for me with a coach. That's what I see today, parents yelling and "coaching" and just putting more pressure on their kids and it's really a shame. They should just be letting them play and develop and have fun.
