When improving agility and change of direction, agility out of a vertical jump is often neglected. In sports like football, basketball,and volleyball jumps are almost always followed by movement in another direction.
We addressed this with different landings followed by sprints
Try these tennis ball drops as a fun way to challenge your agility and quickness.
•Hold the tennis ball at or slightly above shoulder level. As soon as the ball leaves your hand, the drill begins.
