@Lawrence Dude … stop lying to people. The presumption of innocence applies to EVERY criminal defendant in the eyes of EVERY onlooker. Upon evidentiary review, a prosecutor believes that presumption is overcome & endeavors to show that to a jury. Don’t report your opinions.
