@CoachRGarner I actually use them. We can use all the other weight for their “A” lift in the rack and I can put the 35’s on another bar or trap bar and they can do RDL’s as their “B” lift.
The shorter height of the 35 allows them a little more depth in the RDL without touching the ground. 🤷♂️
@clh_strength Obviously, you’re right bc that’s how they called it.
I’ve never seen a team go jet motion and then do a shift… I guess it worked.
I think you could argue that the defender was influenced to jump bc he saw the guy fast motion & then someone else moved… can’t have 2 in motion.
@mcmahon3jhm@BenFranklin3340 So really his yards per carry would have been much higher bc on 4 of those carries they never tackled him… the goalline did!
@BrandonHerring0 Our school only offers “weight training” so I will have first timers and students I’ve had in the class before.
I make homogeneous groups based on experience. I let the older groups have a little freedom in choices while I slow walk the beginners.
When I have free time, I use the movie 🎥 trailer setting on iMovie to feature my kids. I save them on my YouTube channel so I can send the links to friends and family.
I did this one of my son today👇
MCHS football 🏈 has completed 6 summer workouts. Coach Shirey’s grandson, Conner, has done all 6! My son, Bo, finished his 4th today.
Today’s highlight was building the fort with the Osteen girls after the workout was over! 😃
